Re: Napoleon Solo
Apparently there was a Man from U.N.C.L.E 're-boot' film a year or two ago. Must have come and gone with a wimper as I was completely unaware of this.

Did anyone see it? I assume it was bad?

Re: Napoleon Solo
Remember in the early 80s when they first showed The Man from Uncle again on telly and me and a mate telling everyone how funny and cool it would be.
Watched it and it was fucking turgid, 1967 seemed a fuck of a long time ago

played a really snidely politician in "Bullet" trying to turn Steve McQueen over. The Donald would have been proud.

Re: Napoleon Solo
Some of those shows in 60s and 70s seemed brilliant at the time but watch them now and you can't understand how they made it past the pilot stage.

Lost in Space
Thunderbirds
Joe 90
Randall and Hopkirk

All those 60s spy fi progs were fantastic.

So much more inventive than most the shite about now.
